Introduction
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed
below govern the contractual relationship between
the Customer (hereafter referred to as You) and
TWIN AIR Inc. (hereafter referred to as We) and
both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
These general conditions of sale are the only
conditions that are applicable and replace all
other conditions, except in the case of express,
written prior dispensation. We maintain that,
by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept
our general conditions of sale, having read them.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important
to you and TWIN AIR as they have been designed
to protect your rights as a valued customer and
to protect our rights as a business and to create
an understanding between us.
Prices
All USD prices displayed on our site are exclusive
of State and Federal Taxes.
Your booking or reservation order
We provide you with the following possible ways
of placing your order:
- on the internet through our internet site: www.twinair.net
- by telephone, through our customer service desk
- by fax to our customer service desk.
Payment options
Online payment via major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, Amex by means of a secure payment system
(your card is charged at the day of your order
for security reasons). All of your personal details
are protected and encrypted before they are sent
for processing. Bank transfer payment: TWIN AIR
offers the opportunity to pay by bank transfer.
Please note that Bank transfers from abroad will
only be accepted if the additional transfer costs
are paid by the customer. Your payment will be
processed when your bank transfer is received.
Once your payment received we will start the the
offered service or training for you. The processing
of off-line payments may take several days. Estimates
on flight training, actual cost depends on student
dedication and performance. Additional training
will be charged at the current hour rate. Price
may change due to fees and fluctuating gas price.
Delivery
Your flying services will be normally available
on our home base location site unless different
agreement will be discussed and charged accordingly.
Updates
Please ask for our updated service.Update costs
and services are available on request and on line.
Reservation and Refunds There is no refund in
case flight is not cancelled on time. The online
scheduling capability requires that you call in
or call your instructor for reservations. As per
rental Agreement you need to cancel at least 24
hrs. ahead of schedule or you will be charged
1 hr aircraft and the instructor time.
Legislation
This contract shall come under U.S. law. We cannot
be held liable for any kind of damages, material,
immaterial or corporal, that arise as a result
of the malfunctioning or misuse of our flying
equipments and crafts. Our liability shall, in
any case, be limited to the setting up of the
service and we may not be held liable in the event
of simple errors or omissions which may occur
in spite of all the precautions taken in delivering
our services. In the event of a dispute, our customer
services division is at your disposal with the
aim of reaching the fairest, amicable settlement.
Failing this, the Court in Los Angeles, CA, USA
shall be the only court with jurisdiction to rule
on such disputes, regardless of the place of the
offered service or accepted method of payment.
